Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has decided to settle its tax dispute with Italian authorities through a payment of 318 million euros (almost $350 million). Regulators in Italy had accused the US tech-giant of having dodged tax payments, subsequently placing its Italian subsidiary and senior executives under fraud investigation. Tax authorities believe Apple failed to comply with the regulatory obligation, to declare its revenues generated on Italian soil between 2008 and 2013.
